Shaftesbury office helpful, honest and friendly. Tenant's requested repairs normally reported and dealt with swiftly. An efficient service for issue of Tenancy Agreements etc.
Sherborne office is not very tenent friendly. Puts lots of false cleaning charges at the end of tenent. They even try to charge for things that are not damaged or that were damaged when you moved in at the end of the contract. They cut an exorbitant amount from the deposit before returning it. You have to remind them about returning your deposit for 3 weeks after moving out
Absolutely useless. We had a flood 4 months ago and they never bothered to fix the problem so it is now flooding again and half the house is soaked through. Also took them 3 months to fix the electrics. We had no light downstairs and the fire alarm beeping every minute for 3 months. Completely hopeless
