We have been using ACE for several years now, so this review is not for one job only, but it is a reflection on several years of service. Over the last 4 years we have replaced 2 gas boilers (separate buildings), installed a new hot water cylinder, commissioned underfloor heating, and had a few emergency visits. Our last job was an installation of a new gas range cooker.Our search for a plumber/heating engineer started by asking for quotes from several local tradesmen, and even though one of them came in with a better quote, further communication with that person didn't flow, so I contacted ACE again, (Ben from ACE was the only one who thanked me for the inquiry after my note that I was going to employ someone else). How pleased I am now that it worked out this way. Here are few points which make ACE stand out in my eyes:- we can count on ACE - we had a couple of heating emergencies (in winter months - typical) and Ben and the team responded quickly, they went out of their way to come after hours and stayed until 9pm to get our heating going again. All within normal charge rates.- their prices are competitive, and their service is exceptionally good. - they have very good customer facing skills (meaning, they are polite, efficient and honest) - they also have a wealth of knowledge for both, traditional and new technologies. We are very happy to be their client!
