I had emergency dental work completed here recently. I cannot recomend then highly enough, they saw me the same day, the dentist is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind and considerate gentleman I have ever had the privilege to meet. The work was carried out in a calm and relaxed fashion with time taken to make sure I was completely comfortable. After treatment the aftercare was excellent with two follow up calls and nothing was too much trouble.I have recommended this surgery to rest of my family and they will me moving to them shortly.
I am so pleased with the service I received from the team at Ivy Cross Dental Surgery. Starting firstly with getting an appointment at short notice for a broken tooth. I needed a temporary crown and Geoff explained the procedure and the different stages and how long it would take, he also said that they would give me many breaks throughout the procedure so that it was comfortable for me. Geoff and Eve put me at ease and it is the first time I have been at a dentist and felt relaxed. I am actually looking forward to returning to have the crown fitted.
Geoff is a first class dentist, his patient care, understanding and patience are second to none. He has a great bedside manner in talking through what the treatment involves and gives options at each stage. He has been helping me recently with a night grinding issue which has caused damage to my cheek, tongue and a couple of teeth. The guard that he has had made is a perfect fit and his advice and guidance have been gratefully received.
