I booked for pedicure. They have 2 or 3 types of different pedicure but I wasn't asked about which one I want at the time of the booking...I thought I'll be asked at the appointment as to which pedicure I want... nope...I'm not really sure which pedicure I got as I paid less that was on the price list for any pedicures mentioned...Overall, the lady doing the pedicure was really nice, left me to read my book in peace and didn't try to make a pointless small talk..I have to applaud her for the way she handled my feet - I'm overly sensitive when someone else is touching my feet. My few experiences with pedicures were very tense as I was trying not to kick the person in the face as they were performing the pedicure process. BUT I had not such urge in Hidden Depths. The lady did marvelous job, made me feel relaxed, no tension, no restraining my feet from kicking. The nails were done beautifully. Feet nice and soft. Overall happy. Will definitely go back for other treatments.
Booked a Deluxe Pedicure. Got there, took me to the room where theyd do it and turns out they cant because Im pregnant. Maybe explain on the price list you cant do certain services for pregnant ladies? I ended up with a rather expensive and average pedicure which is obviously ruined by now. On the positive note, its a very clean and comfortable place.
Superb customer service.We hired a barn conversion in Dorset for a 30th birthday celebration for six ladies. Liz and her team visited the barn and provided us with an array of gorgeous treatments which we all enjoyed. Thank you for helping towards a memorable weekend.
